She?s no stranger to high-profile awards shows, and earlier tonight (August 29) Jewel was spotted smiling from ear to ear at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards.
The ?You Were Meant for Me? singer looked dazzling in a strapless Zuhair Murad gown along with a coral-and-diamond cocktail ring by Jacob & Co.
And Jewel wasn?t just in the house as a spectator - she also came to sing during the ?In Memoriam? portion of the show.
She explained, "I sent them a song that I wrote for a friend who had passed away," and it looks like the show?s producers were so impressed they invited her to sing it live.
